A++. After acquiring 3 quotes from different companies, we decided to go with Floor Coverings International for our basement project. We were replacing a carpeted floor with luxury vinyl planks to better fit our workout space. From the initial estimate to the final walkthrough, Todd, Lauren, Marcos and team were friendly, thorough, and a joy to work with. Their prices are fair for the market and they stand by their work. The installation was very quick (only a few hours for our project) and the team showed up on time, with confirmation messages leading up to the appointment. We will be using Floor Coverings International for future projects and recommend them to anybody looking for flooring work.
