Carol Reeves

Carol was incredible.  
We started out working with a different Realtor who had lots of experience and had helped us purchase a property in the past.
 It quickly became apparent that he did not have the temperament or sales acumen to deal with short sales.  Short sales require a "hurry up" (to submit your offer) and "wait" (to get your response); offers on multiple properties and considerably more legwork on the part of the Realtor than a traditional sale.  Additionally, it takes a flexible buyer who is more interested in a great deal than any particular house.  After we became frustrated because he didn't call us with leads, and he became frustrated that we "didn't know what we want" (we were flexible in the style and layout of the house) and were "all over the place" (in terms of location) - we agreed not to work together.  
That's when we found Carol.  HOORAY!
Carol knows short sales and bank owned properties.   She also lists and sells traditional properties, but that's not what we
were looking for.  She helped us locate a wide range of properties that were great buys for their neighborhoods.  We narrowed these down based on the amount of work each would need and our gut reactions to the properties.  We placed offers on several properties - and we purchased a home.  
Carol was with us every step of the way providing advice, encouragement and her very knowledgeable guidance.  Additionally, although we had been pre-approved for a loan, when it came time to purchase the home, the lender changed the terms they were willing to offer.  Carol helped us find a new lender. 
We would highly recommend Carol and will deal with her again.
