Issue with carpenter ant infestation behind siding discovered by a painting company who we had contracted with do to exterior painting. We needed someone to come out quickly to deal with the issue and exterminate the nest. Mr. Bishcoff came out immediately and discovered the problem was much larger than we initially had discovered. We then had to hire another contractor to remove the siding and replace the damage done by the ants behind the siding across the back of the home. Mr. Bishcoff responded quickly with each call to deal with the nests so that our contractors could move on with the needed repairs. He then followed up with a maintenance treatment once the repairs were completed.

After a home inspection for the sale of my home, it was noted that there were dead carpenter ants in the basement and crawl space. I called Bischoff and they were able to come out within 3 days. The exterminator checked the report and we went down the basement to check out the areas needing exterminating. He sprayed the affected areas and then even went outside to spray the hose areas leading into the house. He went over his receipt with me for the closing and made sure I knew there was a 180 day guarantee for the new owner.
He was very pleasant, explained what he was doing, and did an excellent job.

They are great company. I do believe they sprayed. They took down the wall and sprayed the termites. He came back after the wall was replaced to make sure. He comes out once a year for a check up. I have not had any problems since. They showed up in a reasonable amount of time and were prompt. The worker was very polite and professional.

He doesn't try to sell you a lot of additional services and is quick to answer your questions. He is very businesslike and does not waste your time.

In the past, we spent A LOT on monthly or quarterly exterminating services. We finally decided to just stop spending the money. Of course, before we knew it, the bugs were back in the house. Called Bischoff Pest Control. For a VERY affordable price, he came out in less than 24 hrs and set us up for quarterly indoor/outdoor service. What's even better, he does not charge anything if he needs to come back out in between the scheduled services. Do not overpay. Bischoff is definitely a great value!
