 + 2 moreGot phone screen fixed on Sunday... It broke again on Wednesday. It was not dropped or bumped. The original screen was ran over by a school bus and still worked for 6 months after. No way they are using quality factory parts for repairs. This repair lasted less than 3 days! The phone was not dropped or bumped: yet it has shattered screen with broken lcd. Their warranty will not cover this repair. They insist that this was our fault and their repair was perfect. They want full price for another screen repair and were unwilling to be resonable. They are fine for batteries and such. But I would recommend taking your phone to a professional at the apple store. I wish I would have!!!! Lesson learned the hard way!
