This is my second contractor that has not responded to a request for an estimate that has not responded. Isn't Angie's List supposed to help find good contractors? So far not sure my money has been well spent.

I called Kevin for an estimate on stamped concrete for our front porch and walkway. I found him on Angie's list and saw that he had good reviews. We talked on the phone and set up an appointment for September 4, 2012 at 12:30pm. He didn't show up. I called at 1:00pm and left a message asking if I had the wrong date/time. To date (December 29, 2012), I have never received a return phone call. If you aren't responsive when I'm trying to give you my business, I can only imagine how responsive you'd be if I had a problem with the quality of the work.

Kevin was extremely pleasant. He came to our house and we discussed what we wanted and he gave us a quote and a elevated drawing for our HOA. When we came home the first night of the build, it was nothing like we had agreed upon. Eventually they re-did it to be closer to what we had originally wanted. When the team was finished they did not stain the sides of the patio. Kevin did come back and fix that. When we pointed out several places where it looks like the concrete already has "blisters" he told us they would be ok. We will see.

Kevin was great to work with! He has done jobs throughout our neighborhood and everyone was happy with his work. He came in and quoted a price that was very competitive with the others I received. He got started right away and had everything wrapped up within a week! He was very accommodating as I made several changes on the fly. He was careful with our lawn and house and his crew cleaned up nicely after themselves. It's been about a month since they've completed the job and we could not be happier. I would highly recommend them to anyone, as a matter of fact they just completed a job at my parent's house and they are thrilled. Thank you Kevin!

Kevin Machl came out to my home for an estimate on a stamped concrete patio and steps, on June 22nd. My husband and I discussed what we wanted and our desire to have the patio completed and ready to use by the July 4th; otherwise the work could be put off until the end of August or September. Fortunately, Kevin was able to complete my job within our desired time frame. He and his crew arrived on Monday the 25th; and of course I had changed my mind and opted to increase the size. After the the patio had been framed, I changed my mind about the shape and had them add 2 curves.Kevin and his crew never showed an ounce of frustration, and were open to changes. In fact, I'm sure they expect them. On the 2nd day, one on his crew members suggested we decrease the size, and number of steps. The change made sense.The patio was to be completed in 3 days, but took 4 because the concrete could not be delivered in time. We were fore warned of this delay, and it didn't pose a problem for us. We are extremely pleased with our new patio. They did and excellent job! I can' t provide an opinion on the competitiveness of the price. Kevin was the first to respond in person to my inquiry. I knew that his company was the one. We hired Kevin based on his professional manner, the reviews from Angie's List members, and his amiable personality.

They showed up at schedule time and we very courteous while doing the work.

Our experience with All American Decorative Concrete was fantastic from start to finish. In the middle of landscape planning we decided to replace our front walk and steps. We were afraid that we wouldn't be able to find anyone to pour our walk and still leave us enough time to landscape before a graduation party. We randomly called three companies with good ratings on Angie's List and these guys were the first to respond. After meeting them we knew there was no need to look further. Their professionalism, quality of suggestions, and attention to detail were amazing. We had an idea of what we wanted but had no idea it would look this incredible! Our old sidewalk and slab on the top step were removed. A new layout was designed that took into consideration how we use our front yard and driveway. I was able to choose the color of the new cement and then add two colors to the top to give it dimension. They even power washed my driveway when they were finished. All the work was completed in 2 1/2 days, and within in two weeks of my call! Even my landscaper wants their number.

We are THRILLED with our new patio. Matt and his team were punctual, professional and fast! We loved the size of the patio but we were not crazy about the stained color because it kept getting lighter. Matt and his team came out twice to darken it up. When that didn't work, they changed the type of stain and it looks GREAT. They didn't stop until we were happy. I HIGHLY recommend them. They were the best price and they were fast. After our neighbor saw our patio, they decided to have Matt and his team add to his existing patio. They stamped a new section to match his existing patio and you could never tell it wasn't done all once.
