The building process went gradually downhill from the initial meeting as many major issues evolved. Zenios (3 Pillar Owner) worked hard initially to resolve the issues. However, after closing MAJOR issues arose with Zenios choosing NOT TO REPAIR THESE PROBLEMS. Zenios and I had a verbal agreement to have the back lot rockhounded and seeded, which he reneged on. Our garage door is only half painted. Our Hardwood flooring is separating and buckling over the metal support trusses. Zenios did NOT follow industry standards regarding control joints for the concrete driveway, now we have over 50% of our driveway is cracking and flaking. His and the BIA solution is to just replace the affected sections resulting in a two tone driveway. Zenios chose not to complete the 1 year walk through list. 3 Pillars was given many opportunities to inspect the problem, instead Zenios chose not to look at the problems and he verbally attacked my wife.
