Nightmare! Thought we were getting our dream home. The workmanship was absolutely horrible. The house won't pass inspection and we have given them months to get it right. Failed to get inspection before insulation /drywall. Windows in bedrooms don’t meet egress. Stairs too tall. Deck not anchored to house properly. Steps/handrail in garage not code. No fire blocks in chase, needed 3. Beams in basement not anchored properly, and the roof looks like it's 50 years old. It's only 10 months. We aren't the only ones with these issues. I hope nobody else falls prey to these evil people.
