After a couple of treatments, bees were removed. A follow-up treatment was done at no additional charge, when it became apparent that some bees were still alive.

About every three months, they come and spray the outside perimeter of our house. We really don't ever see bugs inside with their service. We did have some ants in our kitchen recently and they came out with some "traps" (at no additional charge) and the ants were gone within a few days. Very nice employees and do a good job!

They came highly recommended to me. When I called them, I learned I was out of their service area, but they were still willing to come. I had an ant problem and they sprayed for on the outside. A couple days later, I still saw a lot of ants in my kitchen. They came out free of charge and sprayed again on the inside. I havent seen a single ant since. They went above and beyond.

During the course of selling our house, our buyer had the house inspected by a Sibcy Cline recommended home inspector, and he brought along the termite inspector, Allen's Pest Control. Allen apparently saw a termite "exit" hole on our side porch, and "insect debris." On the inspection report, which goes to the bank, Allen gave his treatment price at $700. Greatly disturbed, I immediately checked out the termite problem on our side porch. What I found was a nail hole and saw dust (I had just re-sided our house and had to remove some of the trim and then reinstall it causing some saw dust to fall in the door jamb). To make a long story short, I looked up a reputable termite inspector on Angie's List and found Towne Pest Control out of Lebanon, Ohio (which I fully recommend to anyone) for a second opinion. Towne Pest control usually does not service Middletown, Ohio, however, upon hearing the report and my findings, they were curious, and agreed to come out and check it out. Towne Pest Control walked through and around my entire house, and found no evidence of termites and issued me another inspection report. Additionally he noted that a reputable company would have never put their price to treat on the inspection report, and that the price of $700 was incredibly low for the size house we have (he said it would be at least $1,200 to do it right). The inspector said that what Allen would probably do was put about five gallons worth of product in the ground on one side of the house (completely against manufacturer's specs). Towne Pest Contol also noted that some inspectors, in order to make a quick buck on inspections, give a price that seller will not likely contest in order to keep the contract process moving. The latter turned out to be the case, we agreed to pay half of the "treatment" cost with the buyer. The bottom line with Towne Pest Control is that they were very thorough and explained in detail everything they were doing and how the treatment process works. Excellent company.

We are on a yearly contract. We pay $75 per visit. They are definitely punctual and seem to be pretty effective. They have come back and resprayed when necessary. I think their prices are good. They send you a card in the mail to remind you to schedule an appointment and I really like that. I will continue to use them.

Follows a specific pattern to insure all areas are treated.

Exterminator seemed very knowledgeable about his business. Appeared eager to handle any problem situation and when asked to return to handle an infestation by a colony of ants, he came back at no additional charge. This company came highly recommended to us and we have since recommended his service to others.
