I had Smith's come out and do landscaping on the front and side yard. He guaranteed all the plants for at least a year, and yet I have quite a few that did not last that long. It was very difficult to contact them again on the phone, and they were late for several appointments to begin the work. I never received any word from Smith's to tell me they were delayed, and I had to follow up with them in order to find out what was happening. I was not happy with the performance of this company.

SMITH'S TAKES THE TIME TO DISCUSS WHAT THEY THINK WILL LOOK GOOD AND GROW WELL IN YOUR ENVIRONMENT. THEY ALSO WILL COME AND LOOK AT ANYTHING THAT YOU FEEL MIGHT NOT BE GROWING WELL. THEY WILL REPLACE ANYTHING THAT DIES. I WOULD RECOMMEND SMITH'S
