I WAS AMAZED THAT THEY GOT ALL OF THE STAINS OUT. THEY EVEN PUT A STAIN PROTECTOR ON THE HIGH-TRAFFIC AREAS. THEY DID A VERY THOROUGH JOB AND THEY WERE CAREFUL NOT TO DAMAGE THE BASEBOARDS IN MY HOME.

THEY WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY COME IN AND DO WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO. THEY ARE VERY HARD WORKING PEOPLE THAT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I ALWAYS HIRE THEM BECAUSE I DO NOT THINK THERE IS A BETTER COMPANY.

THEY LEFT THE CARPET WETTER THAN I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE, WHICH WAS KIND OF A PROBLEM. IT TOOK TWO DAYS TO DRY BEFORE I COULD MOVE THE FURNITURE BACK. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE CLEANING THOUGH.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD. THE GUY HAD A PERSONALITY, AND HE LISTEN TO MY WOES. WE HAD A BRAIDED CARPET THAT NEEDED TO BE CLEANED AND HE TOOK IT BACK TO HIS SHOP AND HUNG IT UP TO CLEAN IT. I THOUGHT THAT WAS GREAT.
