One of the standout features is the waterproof system they installed beneath the upper deck. It’s designed with a drainage system that catches water and directs it away, keeping the space underneath completely dry and usable—even during rain. It’s perfect for additional storage or a shaded sitting area, and it adds so much value to the project. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and the attention to detail is obvious. Whether I’m relaxing with family, entertaining guests, or relaxing with a glass wine gazing at the stars, this deck has quickly become one of my favorite places to be.
