I CALLED AT NOON TO REMIND THEM THAT I HAD PHYSICAL THERAPY AT 1:15 AND WAS ASSURED THEY WOULD ARRIVE SOON. AT 1:00 THE MAN CALLED AND WANTED TO COME RIGHT THEN. I AGAIN REMINDED HIM THAT I WOULD BE GONE FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS. WE RESCHEDULED FOR 3:00. I CALLED AT 4:00 AND LEFT A MESSAGE. AT 5:30 SOMEONE CALLED AND WANTED TO RESCHEDULE FOR THE NEXT DAY! NO WORK WAS PERFORMED BY THIS COMPANY SINCE THEY DIDN'T SHOW. THE NUMBER ONE RULE FOR SERVICE IS TO SHOW UP ON TIME! THIS COMPANY DIDN'T SHOW UP AT ALL.
