A neighbor recommended him to me because he did a nice job for her. I wanted him to put a bathroom in my basement. I gave him a sketch with approximate measurements and we talked over this and he gave me an estimate. I accepted is bid and he then brought two guys and started the work. Once they started building the nightmare began.  When he said he was done I had 31 items that were not done correctly. I couldnt believe it. Whatever he did do was so shotty that I had to bring another contractor to correct his mistakes. The wall tile was so crooked and bulgy that I just had to tear it down myself with a the help of a neighbor. The toilet was also way too close to the wall for anyone to do their business. On the prefabricated door he only cut from the bottom so the handle sits very low. He put all the new wiring onto the existing sub pump breaker. When he painted he did not brush off the sanding dust so when we cleaned the paint came right off because it did not adhere to the surface. Basically he did not do anything correct. I later found he did not even get any permits or inspections.
