They did a very good job and I have referred them to others.

The first time they did the work it was very sloppy. They spilled things on my carpeted floors, and left things around my home like cans and woodwork. For the floors themselves it was bumpy and the stain was uneven in some areas. Where some areas were dark and others light. Where the stain and polyurethane met the wall it looked like the varnish spread to the edges. I called the owner and she looked at it, and agreed and the workman agreed to fix it as well. The workman said he needed to completely redo the job, but they wouldn't be able to come back for a week. When they came back woodwork was just in stacks on the floor and cans and woodwork were still on the carpet. Now I still have stains and you can see their foot prints on the floor. The owner said they would have the workman back out, but they never showed or gave a call. I called them back and they did return and they put the molding back up and semi-cleaned up, then they left. I left a voice mail asking the owner to come look at work. She hasn't responded. I have had to continue to push back other projects because of this. I have never had to file a complaint against any company before.
