should have arrived at 9am but came about 3pm and did not inform me they were doing another job 1st. I called twice and the assistant did not know where they were until I called again and demanded to know what was going on.I wasted a whole day waiting.once they got here it went well

They were very friendly. From the salesperson down to the installers, everyone was incredibly nice and professional. They made it really easy shopping there. They were helpful and knowledgeable. I really didn't know what I was looking for, and they explained the differences. They had a nice selection to choose from.

INSTALLERS WERE WONDERFUL, WORE RUBBER GLOVES TO MOVE MY BUTTERCREAM FURNITURE. PERFECT DELIGHT TO WORK WITH, DID A GREAT JOB. VERY PUNCTUAL AND RESPONSIVE! I WAS TAKEN ABACK BY THEIR SERVICE!! HE SELLS BY THE SQUARE YARD AND NOT JUST BY THE SQUARE FOOT.
