Vehicle was thoroughly inspected. Was advised what was found and was completely surprised it was not the transmission. It was the computer module which could have been also a great expense. Kirby's checked around the country for a good used one at about 1/3 cost of a new one. It did take a little longer to locate being the vehicle is a Saturn. The owner Glen was fantastic, caring and did a great job on the repair. Will definitely advise friends and family to call them if repairs are ever needed on their vehicles. His staff was also outstanding.

After responding to Kirby's and obtaining an estimate that I approved, they failed to contact me with a date to have the service completed.
Even after repeated calls and their guarantees that the owner would call me back, I never received a call back. I eventually went elsewhere for the service.

We searched everywhere for ready made brackets to support our main deck structure. Nothing could be found that suited our particular look and requirements. We located Glen Kirby through Angie's List and after a brief meeting, realized our bracket search was over. Glen exudes a confidence and competence that comes from many years of experience. He provided custom made brackets that were designed to accept loads far greater than our deck required. The fabrication quality was absolutely top tier and the pricing was very reasonable. We were very pleased with this entire experience and would gladly recommend Glen to anyone in need of custom welding or repair.

In the end they fabricated an entirely new toolbox. The work was very good and they even primed it for paint which I did not expect. I would hire them again. In fact for welding they will be the first company I consider.

They welded an antique serving cart from Mexico. I have used them about 3 times and they do a fine job. They didn’t over charge me either.

I had existing gates located on my driveway, but one of the latches was missing. I took the one latch I had to Kirby's, where they immediately walked back to the welding shop ... 15-minutes later, I had a new latch. Wonderful work and great people.

Dropped off the parts at the store. Made a hand drawing of the fabrications that was needed (no engineering drawings available for such old equipment). Called me two days later and the work was complete. Everything was top notch when I picked it up. Including primer on all the exposed welds to prevent rust starting. Cost came in at half what I expected. Everyone I dealt with was straight forward and friendly.

I found them in the phone book. I gave them a call, they said to bring it up and they would take a look at it. They said it would not be a problem to fix and it should not be very expensive. I did not ask for an estimate as we wanted it fixed. A couple of days later they called and said it was ready. Everyone that I dealt with was very personable as well.
