Terrible. Slap-dash, unprofessional, not responsive to email or phone requests for information, didn't coordinate well with company handling first mortgage, and didn't advise us that they would require their own appraisal of the property until it was too late to be able to do anything about it. Highly recommend you do not use this firm. We later realized we could have done MUCH better, both in terms of cost and cooperation if we'd gone with a large national concern (such as USAA). LESSON LEARNED: Do your own research and do NOT go with recommendations received from your real estate agent - however much you may like and respect them.
