They were to perform all of the demo work, put in the new structure, and replace all of the crown molding and trim. They told us that they would be very clean throughout the process but given the amount of work, we were expecting that there would still be quite a lot of mess and clutter. They actually did such a good job cleaning up each day that if it wasn't for seeing the work that had been done, you would not have even known they were there! All of the work was done on time, on budget, and looked great.
We are really happy with our new space and happy to have had contacted J. Osborne Construction. We would definitely use them in the future, and also recomend them to others.
