HYDRACLEAN

Terry has been cleaning our carpets for years.  He always makes time to work it into his schedule.  One of our dogs, who has since passed away from old age, had become incontinent and had a bad case of diarrhea.  Unfortunately, it was all over our white carpet!  I made a SOS call to Terry.  He said to just cover it up with damp towels until he could get here.  He arrived at the end of his work day (thank God!) and immediately cleaned up everything.  He always goes above and beyond -- cleaning throw rugs, etc.  I do not know what we do without him.

They did a great job on the cleaning.  I am pleased with how the furniture/rug/carpet came out.

However, they left water on the tile floor in our kitchen (the tile floor was not cleaned) and our hardwood floor (the hardwood floor was not cleaned, but the area rug on it was cleaned).  Leaving these floors wet was a bit sloppy, especially considering it would have taken 30 seconds with a towel to dry those floors off.

Even so, I would have them come again and do work next time, except for their communication.  They were scheduled to come at noon, and when 12:30pm rolled around, they still weren't here.  So I called them and they said they wouldn't make it until 2pm.  Considering I had scheduled my day around them coming at noon, it was very inconsiderate of them not to tell me they were going to be late.  I understand that their previous job may have taken longer than expected - that's not what I'm upset about.  What I'm upset about is that they didn't bother to call and tell me when they realized they were going to be 2 hours late - I had to call them to find this out.  This was very unprofessional of them.

They did an excellent job. They were very timely and very professional. We will definitely use them again.

We found out we were going to have guests for the weekend just 3 days before the weekend. The carpets were a mess! Terry managed to squeeze us into his schedule. He cleaned all of the carpets -- even the runners in the hallway -- in less than an hour. They looked terrific. One of the bedroom carpets had an old stain that we did not expect to come clean. Terry got that stain out too. We've been using Terry's company for years and just keep appreciating him more all the time.
