Carpet Installation
Overall - it went well - it did seem like I interacted with every associate in the carpet/flooring dept - so I had to bring each one up to date as the buying process was spread over several weeks...........but the end result was good i.e. good carpet.....good padding.....good advice....and good installation.....

Hardware & Home Improvement Stores, Water Softener Service
We needed someone to come out quickly as our water softener was leaking due to a faulty valve. The men at Home Depot made special arrangements to come out on Saturday. They found the softener was in bad shape, fixed the leaky valve and installed the new softener without a hitch. We were very happy with their professionalism and the fact that they came out so quickly to help us. One thing we would have liked them to do differently was the pipes placement. We felt they could have been a little lower and straighter as we will have a semi difficult time getting to it in the future.

HOME DEPOT IS A VERY FAMILIAR NAME AND THEY HAVE GOTTEN THAT WAY THROUGH PROVIDING QUALITY SERVICE. I WAS NOT HERE WHEN THEY DID THE CARPET BUT THEY MADE THE PROCESS AS EASY AS IT COULD BE AND THE CARPET LOOKS GREAT.

I WOULD TELL PEOPLE TO GO THERE AND GET CARPETING. MY EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD, THE PRICE WAS GOOD. I FOUND THEM EASY TO WORK WITH. EVERYTHING WAS HANDLED WELL, AND THEY HAULED AWAY ALL THE OLD PADDING AND CARPETING.
