Title Services
The title company used in this closing was not our choice, but I’m told was the buyers choice. We, as the sellers, were notified Friday for closing on the following Tuesday. Seemed a bit last minute but okay. We were about 10 minutes late to the meeting due to road work detours, but still got there at least 10 minutes before the title company personnel. Meeting was fast, efficient. However, the company notified us the following week that they had made a mistake in one of the closing fee calculations, a mistake that cost us an additional $1,050. I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
