He has been here twice.  He is good, he doesn't make any mistakes.  He is on time, not always easy to get a hold of.  Usually you have to wait for a call back, sometimes that takes a few days.  But when you do get a hold of him he works very quick.  I have referred him several times.

Joe was absolutely wonderful.  I have used him in the past for cord repairs on window treatments and he has always fixed my problems.   This time I needed new Hunter Douglas window treatments for my family room. We set an appointment in which he came on time and was prepared.  He showed me different types and also how they would mount on the frames of my windows.  I picked the shades, he ordered them and they came in very quickly.  He called and let me know in advance that they should be in within a few days and we set an appointment for him to come install the window treatments.  He showed up on time, took down the old shades, put up the new ones and even caulked the old holes where the old clips were.   The windows look GREAT!   I will call him again when I need more shades.  It was a very easy process.   

He took down my old blinds and bundled them up along with the hardware. He carefully installed 5 large window blinds and made sure each one worked correctly. Also, all my questions for purchase of any future blinds were answered objectively since he also sells Hunter Douglas blinds.
I was pleased that the removal and installation of the blinds took less than an hour. Since there was not a listing on Angie's List for someone to install blinds, I was very happy with having this contact for future purchases and installation.
