We have been going to them for about 3 years and they have been very good. We would recommend them and we would definitely go to them again.

A's across the board. Price, professionalism, timeliness. They provided excellent care.

They took dog to another area. When they were done they returned and now dog has all kinds of problems. None of these existed when I took the dog to get checked out.

I was referred to Four Paws by a friend and decided to try.  My dog was having issues and I didn't know what was the problem so I made an appt., got in the same day and everyone was fantastic.  The facility was large, clean and very well kept.  The tech first met and just took my dog and cleaned her anal glands and only charged for the service.  How pleasantly surprised!  If I did want to see the doctor to further discuss, then an office call charge would be added but she explained everything so no necessary to see the doctor on this visit.  My previous vet was always almost $100 for any visit.  So glad to recommend this facility and hope you can use their services.

I would and I have traveled across country for Dr. Rich Coleman and the staff at Four Paws to treat my animals. I have two Peek-A-Poos with multiple issues; I trust that Dr. Colman and his staff will do everything possible to ensure that my girls are treated properly. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them!

They are awesome. Dr. Coleman and and the staff are very caring and excellent. We lost one of the Scotty's and they did everything that they could do. Dr Coleman even cried when he found out our dog had cancer. They are also very good at explaining what is going on with different situations. We have a great relationship with Four Paws.

I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new veterinarian. They truly care about animals and their owners. Every time I have taken in a sick pet they call to follow up and see how they are doing. I cannot say enough good things about the entire staff.

They were absolutely wonderful and I would recommend them to anybody who is looking for a regular vet.

Very nice people who love pets

It went very well. They are gentle and know how to handle the animals. This is my third pet I have taken to this vet. 2 dogs and now one cat. My dogs are gone now and had to be put down. This group is very caring. Now that I have a new kitty I would not think of going to anyone but them !

Great experience for myself and my new puppy!

Dr. Rich and his staff have an excellent veterinary practice. We have taken our dogs there for several years, and we have been very pleased. Dr. Rich explains everything very clearly and it is obvious how much he and his staff love the animals they see. They are moving to a new facility in Lebanon, Ohio and I hope it brings more pets and their owners to their wonderful practice.

They are kind and make an attempt to get us in whenever we need to. They don't try to sell things to us just because they think it is a good product like health food for dogs. They don't push things on me. They love the animals as much as we do. Our overall experience with them has been good.
