I consider it a lucky day when I found Easy Living Homes through your site. We were looking to build a bathroom addition with a sauna to our ranch home. It was a big project since we had to tie into our sewer by digging to the front of the home being on a slab. We got a reasonable price from them and after meeting with Nick (The Project Manager) we decided to move forward. Nick was so attentive to every question I had and would text me immediately if I texted him. It was great customer service to say the least. Our project started in the age of COVID-19 which was a challenge for Nick, but he never made it a challenge for us. He handled all the obstacles thrown at him. It was a long journey but now we have the bathroom/sauna of our dreams. His crew was always respectful and did great work. We paid for each part of the project as we went instead of paying all at once which I really liked since I had never met him or done a project of this scale. The price he quoted me never changed at all which I found impressive. We are so happy with Nick and the rest of Easy Living Homes that we are in the process of doing additional home renovations with them. We would not use anyone else!!

Major Renovation - Multiple Rooms

$185,000
Very complex project on a circa 1905 home that was a disaster when I bought it. Gutted the existing structure and added a two story addition and detached garage. Rewired, replumbed, and all new HVAC. Converted the attic into livable space with a full bath. Done on time and on budget. Remarkable!!

Nick and his team provided very responsive, thorough, and timely work to perform our remodeling in 2019. They primarily provided construction work, dry wall hanging/finishing, and electrical lighting and wiring services for our extensive redesign in the center of our home. We are presently engaged in a 2nd round of renovations involving a jack and jill bath arrangement.

Had a small job, was told about 2 weeks to finish. Men would show up 1 or 2 days a week. 8 weeks later and I am going to finish the punch list. NOT RELIABLE!!!!!! Terrible!!!! The current owner truly does make your project unique but there is nothing seamless and comfortable. The uniqueness that this company brings is you are provided a hands-down bid with no further out of pocket expenses - its solid - even if additional materials are needed. That is not true. The scope of the project was discussed including materials, finishing, etc. but according to the contractor, these were *favors* and costs were out of his pocket. The concrete he poured for the patio is terrible with multiple areas of honeycombing, and he thinks we should pay him to fix it; concrete was splattered all over our front door and he thinks it is only dirt even though he told us numerous times it is going to take muriatic acid to clean it. Why would I need muriatic acid to clean off dirt!. He can not obtain/get/keep subcontractors to perform the work. When individuals do arrive, they only work a couple of hours a day maybe twice a week, and if they know you are home, they abruptly pick up and leave. Makes one wonder what they were hiding. When a subcontractor did show up to do the roof he arrived at 4:00 PM and worked until 9:00 PM - talk about unique! This contractor had more excuses for not getting the job done and would just laugh it off saying it is all good. Now, because the building department signed off on the project, he is done and we are left to fix and clean up his mistakes... It is not all good! This company is not a trusted local pro for any home project and customer satisfaction and professionalism are not their top priority. I would be happy to provide pictures.

$6,000
Total cost of project approx $6000. We kept making changes along the way and Nick and Rick were so accomodating. We've spent nearly $200,000 in the last few years and WISH we had found Easy Living before we did any of it. I will never use anyone else. The BEST quality remodel we've ever done! Highly Recommend!
