 + -1 moreHe was on time, polite and very professional. Unfortunately the results are not what I had hoped for. He came to my house on a Saturday morning--very customer oriented.
Description of Work: Diagnosed a laptop with hard drive trouble. Took computer to shop and tried to download from corrupt hard drive but was unable to gain access to it.

 + -1 moreDR. STEVE HAS ALWAYS BEEN ON TIME AND IS VERY PERSONABLE. HE WORKS QUICKLY, EXPLAINS WHAT HE HAS DONE, AND CHARGES A FAIR PRICE. I HAVE BEEN VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE.
Description of Work: DR. STEVE ADDED MEMORY, UNINSTALLED PROGRAMS, INSTALLED NEW PROGRAMS AND ANTI-SPYWARE. THE COMPUTER HAD BEEN SLOW AND HE COMPLETELY FIXED IT.
