He was wonderful. Appointments were easy to schedule, and he could work around my tough schedule. He knows his stuff, helped me understand how best to care for my new purchase. (I'd played for years as a child and adolescent but didn't have a piano of my own in adulthood until a few years ago. ). He was very kind and easy to have in the house. I lost track of him in recent years but will absolutely call him to serve my piano in the future.

TOM DOES AN EXCELLENT JOB TUNING MY PIANO AND SO I HAVE USED HIM SEVERAL TIMES. BEING A PROFESSIONAL MUSICIAN, IT IS IMPORTANT TO ME THAT THE PIANO BE WELL-TUNED.
