Dan worked with us to build a custom home from plans drawn initially by a long term friend. Through the whole project he treated our home with the care and consideration ypu give toward your own home. He completed the project within the six months promised (who does that) and within our expected budget. His care has continued afterward with his tearing out and redoing pur patio addition due to a hired contractor who failed to deliver. Just this month after a tree branch fell on our roof, he sent someone to seal the holes and recommended a repairman to complete the roof repairs. To relay an idea of the quality of Dan's work, the architect-friend who designed our home, hired Dan to build his custom home in Wyoming, OH. Anyone thinking about building a custom home would be fortunate to connect with Dan Middleton to help them realize their dreams. We give him our highest recommendations.

I first worked with Middleton Construction in 2015 when we had a 350 + sq ft addition added. I am looking forward to working with Dan again this year on home upgrades and space conversion .

Dan Middleton was great to work with and did everything he could in order to guarantee we received the best possible project within our budget constraints. We will be using him again for future projects!

Did not finish the job walked off. Left the house exposed water pouring into basement. The quality of workmanship was very poor, did not pass inspections. Paid for work that was not completed. Have video's and pictures of examples. Had to hire new contractor to finish and fix Dan Middleton Construction's work. I would NOT recommend Dan Middleton Construction to anyone!

The Value for the Money was where I was really impressed. I added some extra features at the last minute, and Dan Middleton decided to pour the foundation personally to keep me in the budget. Needless to say I AM HAPPY. I also got to see first hand that Dan is a HARD WORKER.

Outstanding job on my addition to our home. Dan was great to work with and made sure things were done right. The project was on time and on budget we are very pleased with the outcome. All the sub-contractors he used were outstanding except for the flooring sub-contractor. Rest assure we would hire D. Middleton Construction in a heart beat again and would highly recommend him. We did hire the flooring sub-contractor to install carpet in our home in a room not part of the addition, we were not pleased as the installation was postpone couple times.
