Amazing! Much better than anticipated. Dave and his crew were punctual, respectful, very clean, well-groomed and did a terrific job.

We selected Crockett Home Improvement from three contractors that we asked to provide initial quotes. We chose Crockett as one of the three based on their stellar ratings on this site, as well as word-of-mouth recommendations. Bob Crockett met with us to perform the initial walkthrough and quote, and was able to help us figure out the best way to use the space. Bob was also very flexible as we went through a few iterations of the layout to get things finalized. In the weeks leading up to the project, they communicated with us to let us know which design choices would need to be made, and when, to ensure a smooth project flow. Throughout the project, the Crockett team was polite, professional, and punctual. They arranged all of the subcontracted work that was needed, such as framing, drywalling, and plumbing, in addition to taking care of required inspections and ensuring everything (including existing infrastructure) was safe and up to code. While working, the team was very respectful of the rest of our house, and made sure they used dropcloths and cleaned up after themselves daily. They also regularly worked with us to make sure that the project was meeting our expectations. When something needed to be changed or adjusted (for instance, framers not leaving enough space around our utilities), they took care of it promptly. Also, the cost of the project was accurate to the initial quote, with no hidden charges or surprise additions along the way. We were very satisfied with the quality of the work and the attention to detail on our basement project, and are happy that we chose Crockett Home Improvement. We will definitely consider them again for future projects at our house. Thanks to Dave and Bob Crockett, and their team, for a great experience!

Bob and the team did an excellent job throughout the project.  The communication leading up to the project was excellent.  The window was removed and the new one was installed in a single afternoon without issue (finished work followed on a 2nd day).  We had several other contractors working at the house at or around the same time and Bob and the team were very flexible working around a complicated schedule.  We did have to wait a few weeks for "our turn," since Bob and the team are known for there top notch work and are extremely busy.  The wait was well worth it and we are extremely happy with the results. We will be having Bob and the team out again next year to upgrade another window in a basement bedroom.

We received quotes from 3 other companies to finish our basement and do some updates in our family room.  Bob came over and listened to all of our needs and returned with a quote and drawing that showed exactly what we wanted.  Their price was right where we expected, and Bob was so nice and helpful, the decision to go with them was a no brainer. He gave an estimated start date and was in contact with us up until that point.  They were able to start a week early which was an added bonus.  The crew was phenomenal.  I can't say enough nice things about all of these guys.  They showed up on time every morning, were incredibly respectful, and left my house organized and as clean as it can be during home renovations.  Bob was straightforward, thorough and always available for questions. He was honest and never strayed from the original quote. We were told the work would take about 6 weeks and it did but that also included losing 2 days to Thanksgiving.  The final result exceeded our expectations.  We love everything about it.  We have a number of other projects planned for our house and Crockett will be our go to guys.  They are fantastic to work with and it was a pleasure having them in our house.

He showed up, listened to all our needs took measurements, and said he would get back with a rendering and pricing within a few days.  He got back with us right away.  He was extremely thorough and professional.  We would definitely reach out again with other needs that we have.

Save and his crew were fantastic. Great communicators, very professional group and extremely talented craftsmen. They stayed on time, on budget and most importantly, really kept the job site amazingly clean. My wife and I have 3 young children, one of which has special health needs. Everyday they left the house clean, organized and safe. I will use them for any and all future jobs as my wife and I continue to update our house. We got 3 bids on the job and Crockett was the least expensive. I HIGHLY recommend them. *the price of their work did not include cabinets, appliances, tile and granite.

We contracted with Crockett Home Improvements to build the screened-in porch in November. Due to Hamilton County permits and associated zoning issues, the project was not started until February. Hamilton County required additional detailed drawings from a lisenced architect, which could have been a budget breaker for us, but Bob Crockett worked with us to make it affordable. Even in very cold weather, Bob had a crew out on the first day possible after the permits were approved. The crew was professional, always leaving the site clean. When I misunderstood what the interior color of the porch would be, Bob repainted it at no additional charge.
Bob Crockett is the most reliable, friendly, professional, fair contractor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He went out of his way to make sure everything was done just the way I wanted it. I love my finished screened-in porch and can't wait to have them finish a portion of my basement.

    We recieved quotes from about 7 different contracting companies for our project. Bob Crockett came out to assess our situation on a Friday afternoon and I recieved our estimate the following Monday morning. He was very quick with getting back to me, which was refreshing after dealing with several other companies whose response time was much slower. His price was not the least expensive we recieved of the seven companies, nor was it the most expensive. He even offered to come back to our house to go through the quote in person to make sure we fully understood it. Finally after we had investigated all of the different companies, we decided to go with Bob's company. This decision was made mainly due to his high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and the fact that we also found through checking his references that he came highly recommended by several of his past customers. 
    The project took approximately 6 weeks. It actually would have been done sooner except we had a hiccup with our cabinet supplier and the delivery was delayed. Throughout the entire process, Bob was great with communicating every detail of the job and when we could expect his team to be in our house working. His team was punctual every day and each day they left the house very clean. Our floors and carpets were protected so that there was no chance for damage as they came in and out. We felt comfortable trusting Bob and his crew in our house alone. Bob has a team of very courteous employees and he also works with sub-contractors who were also very friendly and professional. 
    My husband and I changed our minds about several things throughout the course of the project and Bob was very flexible and patient with us as we formulated our ideal end result in our heads. He really listened to us when we shared our ideas and also offered up suggestions when we were having a hard time making a decision. 
    Overall, we were very satisfied and pleased with the experience that we had with Bob and Dave and the rest of the Crockett Home Improvement team. The basement turned out just beautifully. We would highly recommend Bob Crockett to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy remodeling company who produces high quality workmanship.
