They did it on a weekend. Everything's great. Those guys do great work. I'm really happy with them. I heard about them from a friend. I would give them an A+. They're just good people. Any questions I had, they answered. They did call back to check up with me and they made sure everything was good. The prices were great too. That's what got me into them. They still have good prices. I know I can trust them. Their quality is topnotch.

They were able to come out to my house fairly quickly after I called for service. They sent 2 techs. I've used them twice. They're absolutely wonderful.

The service went very well. Up to 3 technicians came out for the service. The owner would check in on the project to make sure everything was going as it should. They also installed a new thermostat. The crew completed the job in about 2 days. They were always punctual and efficient workers. They initially installed the wrong thermostat, but were happy to come out right away to install the correct thermostat. I had no problem scheduling the service and they came out as soon as they could.

It was my first and only time using the company. Everything went very smoothly. One technician came out for the job and completed it in about a half day. He was very polite and an efficient worker. We no problem scheduling the service.

Arrived at 0800 as promise with a team of 4. Began prep work until Carrier distributor dropped off new units at 0900. Covered all flooring to prevent any scratching. Fabricated new sheet metal to adapt new unit into the existing space. Ran new drain lines as well as exhaust and combustion lines for the gas furnace. Sheet metal was neat and very professionally done, no duct taping! Demonstrated how to use new Honeywell 8000 thermostat. Made suggestions for filter changing regimen. Thoroughly cleaned up all scrap materials above and in my crawl space.

Installation was done well and quickly. They had the best cost for the unit among 3 estimates.. They use Carrier products. Easy to work with and ver responsive. They replaced the unit quickly in the heat of the summer...

I would rate them very, very highly for their service and technical capability. They found problems with parts of my system that they had not installed and corrected those problems. They installed the actual compressor and condenser unit, along with the heat exchanger coil that goes in the furnace itself. They also made changes to the ductwork and installed an enhanced air filter. They convinced me to buy a lower cost filter, which they explained would produce better results for what I was trying to accomplish. I am an engineer so I could evaluate the basis of their explanation and it was right on the money. Their pricing was substantially lower than the mainline competition. I did find one lower quote, but it was from an individual who worked on the side, so I felt more confident with Climate Control because they were a bona fide business. They have a top-notch operation. They were very professional and I would definitely use them again.
