Steve communicated constantly with us keeping us up-to-date on progress. He secured all permits for us, kept the rest of the house protected from dust and debris, always cleaned up each day (rather than leave stuff setup), and stayed within budget. He even spent 2 hours with us at the big box stores selecting fixtures, tile, etc. He does not upcharge for materials and was always on the job when he said he would be. Finished the entire project within about 10 working days from receipt of permits. An excellent experience.
