 + -1 moreoverall, they have not contacted me to make any amends!!!the phone opperator just tries to cover for them, she is the only operator for 5 offices!!!
Description of Work: they put on a repair for 2200.00 on 9/13/10! i left for a trip to florida for 6 mths, when i ngot back my ceiling was leaking like a sieve!!! i got home 3/25/11! I starting calling 3 to 4 times a week to no avail, only the run around! this company is in 5 other locations! i will continue to call as long as it takes!! i have contacted the bbb, and attorney general of ohio! this company needs to be stopped i lost 2200.00 in less than 6mths or less! enough is enough of these thieves!! joann
