+ -1 moreUnbelievably, I was given 800-282-8575 customer care number. Asking to speak to a manager, Heather transferred me first to customer care, then to a supervisor only after calling back. The supervisor named Sarah, oddly wouldn't provide her last name, but said she was the Regional Supervisor. She asked for information about the rental, the contract #, then put me on hold without stating why, then looked up the case and started yelling. The situation went from bad to worse and clearly the management shows no interest in handling renters with dignity.
Description of Work: Rented a trailer from Uhaul in Lancaster, Ohio. The trailer was a two day rental from 8/17/2007 7:36 PM to 8/19/2007 7:36 PM. The store hours though are not open on Sunday at 7:36 pm and instead the store closed at 5:00 pm. Called the store Sunday evening and drove by to see that they were not open. Stopped by the next morning and Pat Hyme said the 'I should have known to just drop the trailer off'. Of course trailers are EXTREMELY HEAVY and rarely can be unhooked from the trailer without assistance. Pat Hyme was rude and belligerent in front of my small children as well, and unapologetic.
