Requested a service call for my Samsung refrigerator. Gentleman

came out spent less than 10 minutes diagnosing the issue. Decided it was

the sensors/thermistors ordered replacements.

New symptom began after the tech left.

Replacements came in that Wednesday --- scheduled install for Friday

After the install the newest symptom wasn't fixed.

Tech decided it was a control panel issue --- told me to order part. (on my own)

ordered new part --- part came in on the following WEDNESDAY.

Still didn't fix the new symptom.

Called into Trio --- OWNER couldn't understand what I wanted them to do. Told

me I clearly ordered the wrong part. (Hung up on me for apparently

yelling :::imagine THAT::::)

*67 and called back --- and finally got him to understand that I needed someone to come BACK out and take a look at it.

Told me he could send someone out the FOLLOWING MONDAY.

told him not to bother --- so I spent 200 bucks on nothing and ordered a new fridge from Sears that will be here Saturday.

They came out to repair my washer. I had to "unstack" the washer dryer myself or I would get charged for two guys (not sure why the one guy and I couldn't do it, the dryer is not very heavy). Had that ready to go and the repairman didn't have the right parts. Said it would be only a few days and they would call me to come out and repair. He said the parts were inexpensive and wouldn't be that much to come back out. I never heard from them. I called over a week and a half later and they had to "special order" the parts. They finally called me to repair. Same guy came out and fixed the washer weeks later. Had moved it, didn't even move it back. Wanted me to throw old parts away. Was not very friendly. Then charged me $117 saying the one part was expensive. Overall not friendly and I didn't feel they were upfront with me about price.

I used Trio last winter to fix my oven and they did a good job so when my washer started to have problems I called Trio. I scheduled the appointment and the repairman was on time. He looked at the washer and immediately knew what was wrong. He fixed the screens to correct the water flow and the washer is working like new.

They were fine, they did the job and since then everything seems to be okay. Although we did have the same problem later and we called a different company. But I don't know if what was their fault. The price I won't remember because it was under warranty. I assume the quality was fine because we had two ice makers and the first ice maker was broken,Yeah they were fine. I would use them again but not as my first choice.

They repaired the first washer I had from Best Buy and a GE refrigerator I had for ten years that I liked. It was the same guy for both repairs. I have been fine with them.
