Absolutely outstanding!!  I took my computer in, they diagnosed the problem (video card had gone bad) and then, fixed it in less than an hour!!!  The charge for diagnosis and fix was VERY reasonable.

Something called Strong Vault had mysteriously gotten installed on my computer about a month ago. Since that time, I have had problems off and on until my computer. I tried to remove the program myself, but it didn't work. My computer finally completely froze up over the weekend. I couldn't get on the Internet, Word, or anything else. I couldn't even shut the computer down without holding down the off button. After trying to contact The Village N*** for a couple of days, I finally gave up and drove to TCR. l am very happy that I did.

Many thanks to Greg at TCR. I will not bother with The Village N*** anymore. I will just take my laptop directly to TCR.

TCR built me a desktop computer to specification. The professional staff assisted me in choosing the best components for my custom system and suggested some features I hadn't thought of that added to the overall system. Once the new system was built, all of my programs and data files were transferred to the new system so I had an operational system from day one. This was a huge benefit as some of the programs I was running on my old system were no longer available for a new install.
The system is warranted for two years and the cost was very reasonable for a high end custom system.

I have bought several computers from them, they stand behind their work and do the repairs on site often while I wait. They are very professional and great customer service. They are no more expensive than other stores in town and giev you their expertise in selecting products.

Aaron helped me pick a new laptop that fit my needs. Included in the cost of the laptop was moving all of my hard drive infomation over to my new computer. That was the deciding factor for me - goodbye Vista. I dropped the computer off on a Thursday late afternoon and less than a week and 1/2 later I am now using my new computer. Aaron even helped me load my Windows Office back on to the new computer. The guys at TCR were great to me. They have a lifelong customer in my family and I. Before you head off to the Big Box Guys to buy a PC, talk to these guys first.

They got my computer finished quickly. I dropped it off on a Fri evening (they are closed weekends) and I got it back Tues or Wed. (no appt needed). So I was pleased with how quickly I got it back. I don't consider myself to have a lot of technical knowledge so at points in my conversation with them when I dropped it off, I felt there might be a "language barrier," but mostly we worked through that (that is why I gave a B in the quality category). The guy who helped me was also quite a bit younger than me and probably more experienced with PC's, so that also accounted for the barrier. Overall, they were friendly and did what I asked them to do for a reasonable price and within a reasonable time period, plus their close location to where I live was a big factor for me.

Poorly, technicians mentioned the work would be done, probably the next day. Well, next day turned into 6 days later. I was told the problem was a power outage and then the problem was my computer was put behind others after the power outage. I stopped in to find out what was going on and it was reported to be ready before I left then it was to be the next morning. I was called the following afternoon.

Unable to open some web sites, called TCR for info and time line. I was told to bring it in and they would get to it in 2 days. When I dropped it off and explained the problem he looked at it and fixed it right then. They charged me nothing. Great service.

TCR told me when I came to pick up this computer, it was the only machine which they built that went together with no hitches. There were no compatibility problems with hardware and everything I ordered fit like a glove. They couldn't believe it. The unit works perfectly. This is a GREAT place to purchase a computer for sales and service. All the sales, and maintenance personnel seem to be extremely knowledgeable.

They found the fan had quit working, and the Ethernet Card was bad, so they replaced both of those and removed some old software that was slowing things down.

THEY HAD VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY WERE ALWAYS AVAILABLE BY PHONE TO HELP WITH ANYTHING. THEY HAD GOOD SERVICE AT A GOOD PRICE.

VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT COMPUTERS, AND WERE REASONABLE ON THE PRICE. A GREAT SERVICE AND ADVERTISE ONLY BY WORD OF MOUTH.

COMPUTER WAS BUILT AS REQUESTED AND DELIVERED AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. HAS WORKED VERY WELL FOR THE SHORT TIME I HAVE HAD IT. I DON'T EXPECT ANY PROBLEMS AS THIS IS ABOUT THE 7TH COMPUTER THEY HAVE BUILT FOR ME AND MY FAMILY.

THE MAN WAS VERY, VERY INFORMATIVE, HELPFUL, AND PERSONABLE. I INTEND TO TAKE THE PRINTER IN AND SEE IF IT CAN BE FIXED. IF NOT FIXABLE I WILL MORE THAN LIKELY BUY A NEW PRINTER FROM HIM.

TOP NOTCH ORGANIZATION!! TOP CUSTOMER SERVICE. GOOD PRICES AND FAST TURN AROUND! THEY BACK UP THEIR SERVICE. THEY ARE LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF TOWN, BUT ARE WORTH THE DRIVE!

I TOOK MY COMPUTER TO THEM TO HAVE THE MEMORY ADDED. THEY ARE HONEST AND DO VERY GOOD WORK. THAT IS ABOUT THE BEST COMPLIMENT ONE CAN MAKE ABOUT A COMPANY. JOHN BUCK PROVIDED THE SERVICE AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

I FOUND THAT IT IS MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE THAN A NAME BRANDS. YOU AVOID PAYING FOR FEATURES YOU DONT NEED WITH OUT COMPROMISING TECHNOLOGY. THEIR SUPPORT IS GOOD. THE ONLY DISADVANTAGE TO ME IS THAT THEY ARE IN PICKERINGTON. THEY DO NOT MAKE HOUSE CALLS. BUT OBVIOUSLY I KEEP GOING BACK BECAUSE ITS WORTH IT.
