This is the third property we have contracted T M Electric to work on for us. Mr. Muck is always responsive in providing an accurate estimate and often gives advice on how best to plan the work required to make necessary repairs, bring the electric service up to code and still meet our budget. Because he is professional his services are in high demand so we are flexible in planning the timeline for him to perform the work which is done in time to prevent delays to other contractors. T M Electric will continue to be our first choice for similar jobs on all our properties.

He had to do a lot of research before the job, but he did the work beautifully and in a timely fashion.  Everything went perfectly well!

He was supposed to come back and give us an estimate but we have not heard from him. His service was a little expensive but he is worth it.

Several enormous trees had fallen across the  power line which ran from the main road to our house and subsequently pulled the meter base and pipe away from the house. Tom from T. M. Electric was wonderful!  He drove out to our weekend
getaway place on the lake to take a look and give me an estimate. I loved that Tom met me at our lake home at exactly the time he said he would be there (maybe even a few minutes before). It makes me very happy when service professionals are there when they say they will be.  He assessed the damage, and gave me a ballpark idea of how much it would cost to replace and/or repair the damage.  Tom answered all my questions, was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.  I felt that I was in expert hands.  Because our electric service had a higher than usual amp, he had to special order some of the wiring etc.  It only took a few days and as soon as the materials came in he arranged to come out and do the work.  Tom and his crew did excellent work in a timely manner and actually saved us money from the original price.  It was great that he was willing to come out to our cabin on the lake, there are many twists and turns and its not that easy to get to.  It takes about 10 minutes from the security gate to get to our place.  Hopefully we will never have trees fall across the power lines again. What a mess!!  However we were extremely lucky that they didn't hit the house. I will definitely call Tom again to work on any electrical problems we may have in the future.

We called TM and he was available almost immediately and after explaining the problem with electrical cut-out in one area of our living room that did not involve the breaker he knew exactly what was wrong. It was one of the outlets that he found right off and replaced. Just like that!!

I liked them. Mr. Tom Muck was very personable and very conscientious. He called us a head of time and asked a lot of questions to try to minimize the number of times that he would have to come back. The price seemed fine, good and fair. I would recommend him to the other people.

he came with his son ...they completed the outside work and had to come back for my inside outlet. they were prompt and clean and organized

Everything on our list was accomplished to our satisfaction. Super friendly & professional. Since they work outside of Lancaster, on top of the serivce call, you are charged $80/hour (2 man team) that includes the commute from Lancaster. Depending on where you live from that area, you will need to factor in that cost in your repair decision.

Very well. Mr. Muck and his son showed up on time and completed the work by nightfall.

I have used Tom several times in the past before I was a member of Angie's List. He owns his company and doesn't use subs. Integrity describes him most. He is very honest, trustworthy, and professional. He treats your home as if it were his own.
