Stone Haven Landscapaing

As another customer indicated, I, too, was disappointed in the leadtime for the beginning of my job.  My initial contact was June 24th, 2013.  We changed some items on the estimate and they were to return on the 28th but due to a family emergency it was postponed which I completely understand.  We signed the paperwork on 7/12/2013 and I gave my half of cost deposit.  Work did not begin until October 1st.  I was initially told it would be 4-7 weeks and it was 11 weeks.  It took 10 days to complete instead of 3 to 4 as was stated to me by the owner.  There was only 1 day off due to rain.  The patio is very nice and I am very happy with it. I was treated professionally and with respect by all the workers and if I had any questions, Cameron and Levi took the time to listen and to answer my concerns.  I had a problem with water pooling around a curve and they came out promptly and drilled weep holes which eliminated the problem.  I have had many inquiries by friends and neighbors about my patio. Even an employee from Lowe's who came to give me a quote for a kitchen remodel saw it and said he really liked it.  Stone Haven reseeded my yard where the equipment had been and indicated they would reseed again in spring if the grass doesn't come up well since it was later and into colder weather.  It is coming up pretty well and I don't think I will need any more.  My overall experience with Stone Haven was very good and I have recommended them to other friends.  I am considering a fire pit and will definitely call Stone Haven if I chose to do that project. 

Only minor issue was length of time for project to begin after contract was signed.  Otherwise everything was top notch and extremely professional.  All employees were extremely courteous and professional.  The entire job exceeded our expectations.

The work turned out perfectly.
