Southeast Lawn & Landscape LLC

My experience with Southeast Lawn & Landscape LLC was fantastic. Mark, the owner, was very easy to work with and very communicative on the work we needed done. We just moved into a new build and had about an acre and a half of seeding that needed to be done. Mark came out and worked within our budget to ensure we had the best experience. He graded, tilled, planted seeded, and laid down hay for the whole yard. He also put down sulfur to improve our ground quality. The price you pay for the service you get is beyond reasonable. I would hire Mark and Southeast Lawn & Landscape LLC again and again!!

Very well. Southeast has been providing our lawn care for three seasons now, and our lawn looks great. We had some problems with weeds last fall that caused some serious bare spots. Mark reseeded and fertilized and the lawn bounced back this spring

We have really used Southeast Lawn for all of our lawn and tree things and they are great. A month ago, they did our normal Winter thing. A month and a half ago they did a kind of fill in and reseeding of part of our front lawn. The reseeding was important to me because we had a big dip in our front yard. 

?A? all the time, they are very economical, it is so much better to use them than one of these other franchises. We are pretty loyal. It?s an old fashion relationship with customers, where we know Wendy and her husband who run the business by phone. They are always able to meet whatever need we have.
For example: If I am away for a week or 2, they will mow the lawn, but they don?t require a contract to do that all the time, but they will get it in whenever you need it.

They do a great job -- the lawn looks great and the pests and weeds are under control. Individual applications are generally economical. We ask Southeast to do our lawn occasionally when we're away or too hectic to get the lawn done. They not only mow carefully and promptly, they also trim and edge every time. There is always a friendly voice at the other end of the line when we call, and I feel like this family-owned business treats us like their very best customer, even though we require very little.

Mark was great at communicating and very patient. At the beginning of our process, I was not sure of what we could afford to do and he was very patient with all of my questions and "versions" of projects as he was preparing estimates. He was also great at communicating progress and any changes in schedule.
He and his team were conscientious in their work and dedicated to meeting their commitment. When Mark injured himself (not on our project) and it was right before the 4th of July and his family's scheduled vacation, in order to meet the deadline (set by him), he brought in his family to complete the work and delayed their vacation by a day. I was very impressed by that.
This work was completed a year ago from the time I am submitting this review, this delay is not a reflection of my level of satisfaction with their work. Until I looked at my list of past Angie's List reviews, I thought I had submitted a review of their services. Southeast Lawn & Landscape L.L.C. will be the first company I call for any future projects.

It was very good. Mark was awesome to work with. He was prompt and they did a great job. They are a small local company. They are personable, provide good service and are a good family owned company. Their pricing is fair. I don't have any concerns. They were there when they said they would be there and Mark and Tim did a great job.

This is the second year I've used this company.  They do fertilizing treatments and weed control throughout the year.  They've always been dependable and my yard shows great improvement.  When a problem arose because of a large tree I have in the front yard they were very honest and upfront with me about what to expect and have been working with me to resolve the issue.  Definitely not just a cookie cutter service.  I like that.  The price posted was for the year long weed control and the first fertilization application.

The services are great. They were very quick and efficient.

I have been using them since last summer. I would recommend them, they do a good job. They are very prompt.

Provider trimmed 20 medium to large shrubs, removed low branches from five trees, cleaned up and removed all debris, and managed to do the job in spite of intermittant showers. He checked to make certain we were satisfied, and it was obvious he wanted us to be.

They do a great job, very professional, and reasonably priced.

We have used them before and was satisfied.
