Their customer service was excellent. There were problems with installation but they replace carpeting free of charge.

We picked out our carpet and set the install date. The installers arrive. Three Mexicans that can't speak English. They begin to install the carpet and we see its the wrong carpet. The house was one we just bought and were fixing it up. The house was empty at the time of the install. When we told the installers it was the wrong carpet they just smiled and nodded and continued to install it. We called RITE RUG. The manager told us to let them finish installing it and we could go ahead and move in. This was a Friday and we were set to move in Monday. He said they would move everything and reinstall the correct carpet. Monday comes and no one calls. We call them and are transferred to a Manager. We set up a date to have someone come out to confirm it is the wrong carpet. It is and he says it could be a while because the correct carpet is on backorder. 
  Three weeks later we get a call to say its in and set up the date. I ask who is going to move all of our stuff since we are still unpacking and have boxes everywhere. Im transferred to a customer service "Manager" who tell me we are responsible for moving everything but large furniture. We go round and round for days about this since we were told Rite Rug would moved everything. The "Manager" keeps telling me its not RiTE RUGS fault the warehouse made the mistake. We are moving our stuff. He refuses to let me talk to anyone else higher than him. I call corporate offices for days and get no one. The install date arrives and finally the regional Manager calls me and apologies. He goes on and on about how sorry he is but offers nothing in the way of compensation. 
We spent half a day repacking everything so the new carpet could be installed. I also had to help the installers move the furniture to reinstall the new carpet.
The only good thing that happened from this is the correct carpet was finally installed and it looks good. They should change their name to WRONG RUG. We will never use them again.

"Yes, unfortunately the carpet manufacturer did make an error & ship the incorrect carpet to our warehouse. It was determined the best course of action would be to continue with installation of the incorrect carpeting rather than having the homeowner live with subfloors for a few weeks until the manufacturer could correct their mistake and ship the correct carpet, which was on backorder. We do ask that homeowners be responsible for moving themselves, any breakables, electronics or valuables, as our installers are professional flooring installers, not professional movers."
