Excavation
Did not fill properly. Should have crushed the old tank and filled with lime, gravel and dirt. Ricketts did none of that. Sinkholes appeared and actually shifted our home. After 14 calls and one personal visit, we were told the owner would be in touch. Needless to say, he never contacted us or repaired the terrible work. Now we are spending thousands of dollars in home repair. Stay away from Ricketts.
