This was our second time calling Jeff to fix a leak for us. He did a wonderful job both times (two different situations). He is very professional, friendly, quick to respond and does good quality work and is very reasonable. We highly recommend him.

We called to schedule an appointment for the estimate. Jeff arrived right on time. He was very professional and thorough with his inspection and estimate. The day of the work we had a good bit of snow and Jeff was about an hour late, but he did call and let us know. I rated the cost as a B because the estimate was a little higher than what I expected, however I have not hired a plumber for a lot of years and prices do go up.  He did a great job, went above and beyond fixing a couple of things that were not even in the estimate. He cleaned everything up.  He did it all for exactly what the estimate was.  I expect a lot out of the companies I hire, I expect them to do what they say, when they say and how they say. I have had few occasions where I am impressed with a companies work. I was impressed with Jeff and his professionalism. I would definitely hire him again.
