Overall, I have been satisfied with them.  They are willing to answer all my questions. He has checked into warranties for me and saved me quite a bit of money. I have a trane furnace, and not many companies in the area are able to help me with this type of furnace. He has replaced a part for me, as well. 

Great. I called because our geothermal system was no longer cooling and was given some things to try for a self repair over the phone. This was completely unexpected as they were giving up an opportunity for a quick fix charge, however, in our case we needed the "big guns" after all. Once the initial repair meeting took place it was discovered that the compressor was the culprit along with some other tweaking that was needed to get a good working system. Doug and his sidekick were able to make the repairs, of which most were taken care of under warranty by the manufacturer. These guys were top notch in their knowledge of geothermal systems, considerate, clean, and timely.I haven't actually received the billing for the final work as they wanted to wait and see what the manufacturer would cover under our warranty but I do know that we will owe for the refrigerant and some other minor issues.
