Team was fabulous. Great folks that respected my house and left it in great shape every day when they left. They were VERY responsive. Will certainly use them again when I look to remodel the bathroom.

Everything went great - Punctual, Professional, Pleasant, and reasonably priced. Will Look to have them do more work for us in the future.

It was a fabulous experience from our first visit to their showroom, to the final touch. Scott came to the house, listened to our ideas and within a week he had a design worked up. He went over every detail with us and helped us make our selections of quartz counter tops, flooring, cabinets, hardware, lighting, paint, etc. The guys, Dwayne and Kyle, were outstanding craftsmen and worked with such attention to detail. They would always keep us in the loop as to what was going to happen each day and the projected plan for the week. They would always ask us for our preference when decisions had to be made, even when our response made things more challenging for them! It was quite a large project, taking almost 2 months to complete, yet it was truly enjoyable for us. I would highly recommend Scott and Cindy and their team for a remodeling project.

Called for service on Monday 7/7/14. Service was scheduled for 7/8/14 at 11am. Service tech arrived at 10:50am. He began working immediately and had the door operational and serviced quickly. Great price, friendly knowledgable service.

They did a fabulous job. We were really pleased with the turn out of our kitchen. They actually did very well as far as keeping things cleaned up. You know, when they would leave for the evening, they always make sure that everything was cleaned up and they were always vacuuming and making sure that the dust wasn't getting in other parts of the house and there were very few days where they weren't here working or doing something, we have to wait for some doors to come in but they were still here doing stuff and they actually finished up on a timely basis when they told me they were gonna finish up so we were very pleased. They were very good. Very professional. I would say they were a little higher than what we would probably normally have done but I would say the quality was better.

I purchased two replacement garage door openers from this company, but they could not tell me how to program each remote to open both doors. To their credit, neither the instructions that came with the openers nor the representative of the manufacturer could tell me how to program the openers so I could open both garage doors with one remote. Fortunately, I was able to figure out how to do it on my own by trial and error. However, once I got the openers working, they would only open the garage door if I was standing within 2-4 feet from the door, which was not satisfactory. So, I called the company for a service call to come to my house to see if they could help me. There is a standard service charge for up to one hour of service. I believe the fee was $65 as I recall. While he was here, he lubricated the moving parts on the garage door and relocated the receiver for the remote signal for one of the doors. He said I could try a different receiver to see if that helped, but I have not had time to try that yet. The owner said he would have another one at the shop for me to pickup for $30 if I wanted to try it, but when I called about it, he said he forgot to get it from another location and he would get it the next day.
My only regret is that I wish I would have had the service provider move the other receiver closer while he was here. It only took him about 5 or ten minutes to move the one, but I am not sure I have the expertise to do it, but I do not want to pay him another $65 for a five or ten minute job. The remotes do work now, but sometimes I have to press the buttons several times and/or take the remote out of the car and walk up to the door and keep pressing the button, which can be annoying. I do have older type Genie doors, so it is a problem with the manufacturer, not Karshner Sales. The owner acted very professional.

We had some doors put in as well as a wall taken out.  They did a great job.  The price was fair.  We had a lot of work done.  Quality of work was great.  They were here every day.

They went above and beyond the call of duty because he came out at 8 o'clock that night and came back 7:30 the next morning. They seem to be doing a fantastic job.

They came out and did a nice job. I had a small levering countertop problem, which they fixed within one day.
