+ -1 moreJOE MILLER TOOK ALL INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE AND SAID HE WOULD CONTACT US WITHIN 24 HOURS. I HAD TO CALL HIM 3 DAYS LATER SAID EVERYTHING WAS OK BUT WOULD HAVE TO CALL US BACK LATER IN THAT EVENING. 4 DAYS LATER I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH TRINDA (MANAGER) DID NOT APOLOGIZE FOR JOE''S LACK OF FOLLOW THROUGH SAID SHE WOULD CHECK INTO IT AND CALL ME BACK. IT HAS BEEN 1 WEEK AND I HAVE YET TO HEAR FROM ANYONE.
Description of Work: CONTACTED THE COMPANY IN REGARDS TO REFINANCING BASED ON AN ADVERTISEMENT THAT WAS MISLEADING.
