Our service technicians are employed by Heimberger Office Machines and are not subcontractors. We charge by the hour plus travel time. Our work schedule is eight to five Monday thru Friday and can be scheduled at other times at premium rates.

Brother, Samsung and Fellowes as well as a certified center for repair on HP Products. We also service most makes of typewriters and have those hard to find ribbons. We do provide outside on-site service calls as well as inside repair for carry in equipment. We work on desktop photocopiers, We are an authorized warranty center for Canon, as we do., paper folders, time clocks and various other office equipment that is hard to find a tech to work on, time stamps

I took it down and they looked at it while I was there so I could explain the problem. They gave me an verbal estimate of $125-150 and said if it was anything higher they could call and that they could get parts if they needed to. They called a week later and said it was fixed and ready to be picked up. Still working fine a year and a half later and and it gets lots of work.

I did not need to use their services because the machine had a hidden paper jam which one of my employees fixed. They are the only company I found on your list which fixes office sized paper shredders. I think they were pretty wonderful to take such an interest in us, even though we eventually didn't need their services.

Dropped off the machine for a quote on Friday. Rex called on Wednesday and gave me a status update and quote. Picked up the machine on the next Friday
