I called around 3pm on 2/5/14 and left a message. Joe called me back within 5 minutes. He said he had one more driveway to do and then he would be over within 45 min. He came right on time. He not only did my driveway but I had asked him to do my neighbors too. He did both driveways. I appreciated his promptness because this was a very busy day for snow removal and I was glad he had the time to come and do my driveway as I could not have gotten my car out of the garage and down my driveway.
