I've used many contractors in the past, and I'll never use this particular company again. I'll be using Aqua flow and Sure Shot in the future.

My overall experience with them has been excellent. The person who came out was very polite and he did a very neat job. Because it was a remodel, it was not that easy to get access and it was old stuff that he had to update, I would say he did an excellent job and got the faucets working. I liked him because he said you can pay me to go Lowe's and pick this, this and that or if you want to run and get them I will be ready for those parts when you get back, and that is what I did and that was nice. I did not have to spend professional dollar time to go shopping. Their price was very reasonable. I think he really neatened up our DIY project and when he was out of there everything worked just fine. I was impressed with him and I would call him again when I will get ready to remodel a bathroom and if I would have a bathroom installed I would have them do the job. They are very prompt, they got to me right away.
