Gary is very knowledgable about anything related to tiling. Had some great ideas for me and takes great pride in his work. He will make sure the job is done correctly. Love my bathroom! He will be tiling our second bathroom in the future.

The old tile in the entryway was glued down with more glue than necessary so they had a difficult time in getting the old tile up. It took them an additional day to get the tile up. Gary stood by his price and did a fantastic job. Very nice person to deal with. We recomended him to one of our friends who used him and are also very satisfied. The toilet in one of the bathrooms that Gary redid was rocking back and forth a little bit so i called Gary about it and he came out and fixed the toilet about a year after installation for FREE! ... Who does that ?

Gary was great. He showed up on time for the estimate and worked with my plumbers schedule. This was important as I have only 1 bathroom. The first day he was there he had the floor in and the toilet set. He finished when he said he would and his estimate was dead on... Actually the final bill was a bit less has the plumber did more of the demo than Gary expected him to do and adjusted his estimate accordingly. I would definitely use Gary for more tiling projects!

The projects went very well. I was concerned about the mess we might have tearing out the old tile in the hallway, but Gary brought in plastic sheeting and covered all the furniture and carpet, and it was a non-issue. The tear-out was carried out in buckets, and I stressed for nothing. There was no standing around debating on how to proceed either; they went at it as seasoned professionals would be expected to do, and I didn't have to try to second-guess what and why. What a relief.
