I like everything about them. They are professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The bedroom had some old staining from wood furniture getting wet and sitting on the carpet.  They explained that the stains would not come out which I expected.  They suggested moving the furniture to cover the stain which they did.  Ewings did a great job cleaning.  They took their time and were very thorough.  They moved all the heavy furniture to clean and put it back when finished.  The staircase  has 22 steps and I believe they charge per step.  I thought the price was reasonable.  Both areas were almost dry by that evening though they said to wait til the next day to remove the protectors from under the furniture.

The overall experience was great. I'm always so surprised to see how new these old carpets look when they are cleaned twice a year. We have a large dog and that makes the job more difficult, but Mike Ewing has always been able to get every stain out. We have had him clean our carpets for over thirty years and the results have always been the same. Many years ago he made an emergency visit on a weekend to clean after the cat and dog had a minor altercation. For no extra charge, he went through our house from end to end cleaning up after the dog shook blood all over from a scratch on his ear. I would highly recommend this team.
