They are a wonderful company out of Athens with an office in Lancaster. We've enjoyed their yearly visits. However, they no longer offer annual service contracts to customers in Reynoldsburg

The repairman came out,diagnosed the problem, and promised to send us a quote.We paid $95. Ten days later, we called them and it was suggested that we really needed to replace the fireplace. We agreed to see a salesman. After looking at his wares we said we still wanted to fix ours. He verbally gave us a quote and said the office would call us and set an appointment. A month after the service, still nothing. We don't want them coming back.

The gentleman was very professional and thorough. I would deffently hire again.

I recommend them because they are excellent. It works wonderfully and is as quite as a mouse; I can control it with my iphone as well. If my husband wanted to control the heating or air conditioning from Jacksonville, Florida he could do it with his iphone which is kind of shocking. The two gentlemen who came out and worked were very nice, friendly and did a thorough job. I was a hundred percent happy with both the product as well as the company. Their price was worth it. The state of Ohio gave me a credit forth because it was an improvement; I also got a tax credit for having it installed.

My problem with David White services is that it is so very difficult to connect with them on the phone to set up an appointment.  No matter the time of day, their line is busy and you must wait for days to have a call back.  They have a package deal where you pay 200 dollars ahead of time.  A year later when it is time for them to come out for their service, they are supposed to call you and set it up, but they don't. This year my service was due in April.  I forgot about it until September and couldn't get ahold of them for 2 weeks. Since the filter is about 35.00, I decided their service wasn't worth the 200.00, so I didn't renew it.  They have sent me two letters telling me how much higher their fees will be if I have a problem and don't renew the yearly 200.00 contract.  I have wasted enough money with them by paying that contract the last three years.

Sales process was pleasant & professional. Fred was nice to work with. Techs were also competent, polite, & easy to work with. While I appreciated working with them, & they did great work, I do think they could have cleaned up a little better. Not a huge deal though...a few mins with the Shop Vac & we were good. The original installation left us without a functioning humidifier system, but this was due to a malfunctioning piece of equip (solenoid I believe). I was made aware of this by the techs, & they scheduled someone to come out & finish that part of the installation. That part of the installation was also completed on time & w/o incident. As of 1/09/08 the malfunctioning solenoid was not fixed & did not have a functioning humidifier system. asked them to come back out to examine the humidifier & they told us we need a new solenoid & that they are ordering it. We were a little disappointed that this issue was flagged during the initial install & they did not get it rectified

THE COMPANY SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT AND THE TECHNICIAN SHOWED UP AT THE CORRECT TIME. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND SHOWED ME WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE FURNACE. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE ACTUALLY COULD HAVE DONE SOME UNNECESSARY THINGS TO THE FURNACE AND CHARGED ME MORE. HOWEVER, HE DID EVERYTHING THAT WAS NECESSARY TO MAKE IT WORK. HE ALSO SAID THAT THEIR WORK WAS GUARANTEED FOR 90 DAYS, AND THEY WOULD RETURN AT NO CHARGE (FOR LABOR) IF THE FURNACE FAILED AGAIN. THIS IS SIGNIFICANT BECAUSE THE HOME IS LOCATED IN A REMOTE AREA. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN.

IF THE COMPANY IS CLOSE BY THEY SOMETIMES JUST DROP BY TO SEE IF YOU NEED ANY WORK DONE. THIS IS A GREAT COMPANY. I WOULD RATHER PAY A LITTLE MORE FOR GREAT SERVICE. WHEN YOU CALL, SOMEONE ALWAYS ANSWERS THE PHONE.
