I called David because I saw his advertisement to finish projects started by the homeowner. I hadn't started yet, but it was my intention to replace my kitchen countertop and sink. I had purchased the materials (Too many shows on TV that make things look so easy.) When he came to see what I had in mind, he made several suggestions that saved me a considerable amount of money. I decided that same day to have David Cipriano do the installation after all. They were punctual and came prepared for work. The work was done well, with attention to detail. I was consulted from time to time for anything in question. It was obvious throughout the time that they were trying to please the customer. After the job was finished, David called to see if I was satisfied or if I had any questions.

Everything went well. David is meticulous with his work and that of his crew. He wrote a detailed proposal and price -- which he sticks to as closely as possible. In this instance, his costs were actually about $50 more than he originally figured, but he was not going to charge me for this! Because he had done extra work not in the original estimate, I paid it anyway. All of the windows and the door seal well and the drywall looks great. As a matter of fact, I could find nothing to fault in any of the work. I'll definitely use this company again whan I get ready to prepare the old house for sale.
